Cooperation with Lattari company is a real pleasure. For many reasons my cooperation was extremely long-distance. Over four years Ms Agata Bajor, who in my opinion is first and foremost company’s asset, always with great patience and professionalism explained me everything, valuated and advised; from the technical details to the aesthetic suggestions. Then till the last moment she controled if everything was as it should be. I would like to thank her for it. Congratulations for such employee who is the first contact with the customer. Assemblers are hook, line and sinker, cultured, professional. Shutters: EXCELLENT. Beautiful, they added a lot of charm to the building, protect against heat and sun so effectively that they gave us more than an hour of sleep of our kid. With these shutters we are as happy as a sandboy! Only a small disadvantage is a lady in the office in Piaseczno who did not know how long the installation of shutters would take (that is, for how long we should have been at home). But it’s nothing at all comparing to the rest where the customer feels really appreciated and is taken seriously.
