Initially our offer containing the best quality windows and doors was addressed only to the Italian customer who appreciate beautiful and firm thingst. The idea was greatly brave as the Polish windows and doors, even the most perfect, were completely new to the local market, and the name sounded strange and completely unknown. Convincing the demanding Italian customer to the products from behind the Vistula took a lot of time, but it turned out to be a great success. Products branded “Lattari” have become synonymous with reliability as well as good taste, and the Lattari company is the essence of honesty, diligence, and unique customer care.
Italian market
In order to meet the requirements of the larger amount of customers in Italy the aluminim shutters started being produced and sold which resulted in a rapid increase of the authorized representatives throughout the Italian market (the so-called “points of customer care”), retailers and assembly teams.
At present we have in Italy a network of 15 large retail points of direct sales, in addition to 16 dealers and 17 highly qualified assembly teams.
Several years of experience and systematic implementation of new technologies, gradual increase and modernization of window profiles systems, broadening the range of colors, and above all the right attention to every detail of fit and finish resulted in the conquest of the Italian market.
Individual customers, construction companies, architectural offices appreciate the extraordinary quality of our products, especially the beauty of shutters, and a huge concern for customer satisfaction completely won the hearts of Italians. „Lattari” products, including the incredibly popular shutters, are sold now with increasing success also in France, Switzerland, Germany, Slovakia and Spain.
2009
In 2009, ” Lattari Shutters ” appeared on the Polish market and were very attractive for the demanding customer in Poland. At the same time attractive price caused that the owners of the shutters, which were likely to be damaged, gladly accepted our shutters.
2011
